5.1 Project Initiation

• Initial consultation and requirement gathering
• Project scope definition and written agreement
• Payment schedule establishment
• Timeline confirmation

5.2 Standard Timelines

• Landing Page: 1 week
• Multi-page Website: 3 weeks
• SaaS Platform: 2 months
• Custom projects: As agreed in writing

5.3 Client Responsibilities

• Provide necessary content and materials promptly
• Respond to communication within agreed timeframes
• Provide feedback during designated review periods
• Make payments according to agreed schedule

6.1 Pricing Structure

All prices are fixed and include:

• Design and development work
• Basic SEO optimization
• Mobile responsiveness
• Performance optimization
• Initial deployment

6.2 Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• Payment accepted in USD or MAD
• Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly interest
• All payments must be transferred to Moroccan bank account within 90 days (auto entrepreneur requirement)

6.3 Taxes and Compliance

• As an auto entrepreneur, I pay 1% tax on service revenue
• No VAT is charged (exempt under auto entrepreneur status)
• All income is declared to Moroccan tax authorities

7.1 Client Rights

• Full ownership of custom code developed specifically for your project
• Rights to all custom graphics and design elements created
• License to use any third-party components included
• Source code delivery upon final payment

7.2 Reserved Rights

• Right to use general development techniques and approaches
• Right to showcase work in portfolio (with client permission)
• Ownership of pre-existing code libraries and frameworks
• Rights to methodologies and business processes

7.3 Third-Party Content

Client is responsible for:

• Obtaining licenses for any content provided
• Ensuring copyright compliance for images, text, etc.
• Indemnifying against any IP infringement claims

8.1 Service Warranties

• 30-day bug fix warranty on delivered code
• Services will be performed with professional skill
• Compliance with agreed specifications
• Use of industry-standard development practices

9.1 Client Cancellation

• Projects may be cancelled with 48-hour written notice
• Work completed to date will be charged
• Refunds processed within 30 days
• Deposit is non-refundable if work has commenced

9.2 Service Provider Cancellation

• Right to cancel for non-payment after 15 days
• Right to cancel for breach of terms
• Full refund if cancellation is due to our inability to deliver

Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy and includes:

• Compliance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on data protection
• Secure handling of all client information
• Confidentiality of business information
• Right to data deletion upon request

12.1 Informal Resolution

We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication first.

12.2 Mediation

If informal resolution fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation in Morocco.
